We want you to love your Jansen Sunglasses. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we make returns simple and hassle-free.
✅ 30-Day Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging included.
💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your sunglasses for another style, lens option, or replacement, we’re happy to help.

Simply indicate “exchange” when you request your return, and we’ll process it as quickly as possible.
🚚 Return Shipping

U.S. returns: A prepaid return label will be provided.

International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Items not in original condition, or damaged due to use, cannot be accepted.

Complimentary promotional products and free items are not eligible for return.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
