Returns & Refund Policy – Dan Jansen Eyewear

We want you to love your Jansen Sunglasses. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

✅ 30-Day Returns

  • You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging included.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔄 Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange your sunglasses for another style, lens option, or replacement, we’re happy to help.

  • Simply indicate “exchange” when you request your return, and we’ll process it as quickly as possible.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • U.S. returns: A prepaid return label will be provided.

  • International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in original condition, or damaged due to use, cannot be accepted.

  • Complimentary promotional products and free items are not eligible for return.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Email us at info@danjansen.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
