Warranty Policy – Dan Jansen Eyewear

At Dan Jansen Eyewear, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every pair of sunglasses. Our goal is to ensure you experience performance and clarity you can trust, both on and off the course.

🛡️ 1-Year Limited Warranty

  • All Jansen Eyewear sunglasses are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

    • Lens coating defects

    • Frame cracks or breakage under normal use

    • Hinge malfunctions

🚫 What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, lens cleaning damage)

  • Accidental damage (drops, impact, misuse, loss, or theft)

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Promotional/free items

🔄 Warranty Resolution

If your sunglasses are found to have a defect covered by this warranty, we will:

  • Repair the product (if possible), OR

  • Replace the product with the same model (or comparable style if unavailable).

📩 How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at info@danjansen.com with:

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

    • Photos of the defect

  2. Our team will review your claim within 5 business days.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return or replacement.
