Karen is one of the most respected voices in the game today. As an LPGA Master Teaching Professional, certified fitness trainer, and creator of the groundbreaking CardioGolf® training method, she has reshaped how golfers train, move, and think about performance.
In 2025, she was honored with the Nancy Lopez Golf Achievement Award, which recognizes LPGA Professionals who embody leadership, passion, generosity, and approachability. Karen lives these values daily—on and off the course.
